b. One-Time Software Purchases:
For one-time software purchases (non-subscription-based), refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the software has not been downloaded or activated. Once the software has been downloaded or activated, no refunds will be issued.

Refund requests for services rendered through our website (such as consulting, development services, or other custom services) are considered on a case-by-case basis.
